Itching, itching, itching
OMG, I so totally hate my neighbor’s insane, invasive jungle shit that’s completely dominating our yard. Today, I’m supposed to be finishing up this ebook on teleseminars for Erica’s sister and instead, I’ve been outside trying to wrangle the vine-o-rama that’s happening out back.
For some reason, every plant that our next door neighbor has chosen for her garden is some sort of crazy-ass super-growth plant that is determined to take over our entire space - in particular, wisteria and bamboo. No matter how often we cut the shit back, it returns and re-grows at about 40x the already accelerated rate that it grew in the first time.
Did I mention that I’m allergic to wisteria and/or bamboo?
I mean, how fun is that? Perhaps my super-rash is punishment for procrastinating on this book for the past two months. Anyway, just as I was leaning in to finish up my last cuttings, I dropped my garden clippers into our murky, slimy fountain. I was going in after them when I saw what was happening on my arms and decided to take a shower instead.
Although I’m now clean, I’m still itching and red. I just hope the hives disappear before I have to serve food tonight at Superfine.

That rash is ridiculous, would it be too out of season to wear long sleeves during the summer in NY????? I hope it healed!
